According to Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), among its total UK users 83% are those who like to log in social networks from a smartphone or tablet.

The company has more than 24 million U.K users in total who log-on to the website each day, with 33 million people who visit the website each month. According to these figures one get a quick view that about 20 million users access the website using a smartphone or tablet each day.

Facebook has reported increase in its revenue with four out of five daily UK users accessing the site through a smartphone or tablet, possibly the social network can finally take rest as it doesn’t know how to coerce mobile usage, and more significantly, convert those visits into profit.

Facebook Inc shares fell -0.68% in premarket.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) India reported that the Nokia Store which is Nokia’s own app store used by consumers to download apps on their smartphones, has estimated 2 billion downloads, of which 1 billion are on the S40 and Asha platform. The Nokia store presently has above 80 million downloads per month. The Nokia Store is coming with Nokia S40 devices, Asha devices and the new Nokia Asha 501 as pre-loaded.

However, among these downloads,  action Games downloads come on the top, Adventure games downloads are placed on second number, Sport games downloads on third number, Entertainment related apps including video & movies downloads fall on number  4, with Utility based apps on number 5.

This growth has provided Indian developers an opportunity to boost their business. Above 168 Indian developers have already gained more than one million downloads for their apps, with 3 developers achieving 100 million downloads, 9 developers achieving 50 million downloads, 18 developers achieving 25 million downloads and 40 developers achieving 10 million downloads. The top developers on this late form include Indiagames, Reliance Games, Rendered Ideas Softgame, Twist Mobile, Hungama Digital Media Entertainment.

Worldwide, Nokia Store is accessible in over 200 countries and has gained over 10 billion collective downloads.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) shares fell -1.44% in premarket.
